Description

These 3D printable Fighting Pits are part of the Torbridge Cull 3D printed terrain set.

“Blood and glory! You should have seen the Ashland Reapers at the pits today, they made absolute fools of that team from Sendsend! The oracles didn’t make it easy for them either, but still, our boys from the Barrage couldn’t be beat! I’ve never seen so many retreats to the coward’s nooks…. it was like those Sendsend men were half asleep! Three times ashes fell from the perch and still they couldn’t face down the Reapers. I should have put more coin on the Barrage boys I tell you! I’d be a very rich man if I had!” – A satisfied patron of the Torbridge Cull Fighting Pits overheard after the match at the tavern in the Last Hearth Inn

When the popularity of the Farelain national bloodsport spread across Talharia, Torbridge Cull did not escape its influence. Cullmen (as those who lived there were sometimes called) were not ones to do anything half-heartedly, and when they decided to build an arena of their own to celebrate the new national obsession, they didn’t just dig a hole in the ground but instead constructed an arena to rival most save those built in the larger cites.

Additionally, the fighting pits of Torbridge Cull have the dubious honour of being known as the most savage of arenas. Perhaps it is merely a reflection of the harsh environment that surrounds them, but matches tend to result more frequently in death than they do elsewhere in the realm. Maybe the judges are less forgiving in Torbridge Cull, or possibly the local champions more vicious. Whatever the reason, a match in the Torbridge Cull pits always draws a crowd, and rarely does the spectacle disappoint.
