The Cawg Cang is led by the conniving and supremely cruel Cela Ivis. This atrocity of a person will stop at nothing in her quest for power and wealth. She rules her minions with an iron fist, and any misstep (or suspicion of misstep) by one of her gang is met with brutal punishment. Her crew lives in abject fear of her wrath, and constantly clambers to look good in her eyes. Looking “good” in her eyes mean executing heartless efficiency when dealing with enemies or even their “clients”. The floors of the lumber mill are often literally soaked in blood, as Cela herself enacts, or orders her despicable crew to fulfil, her ambitions.
